A police officer found a human head in a pillow case inside a bag for life under a kitchen sink. Officers were searching a house where Odessa Carey had been staying when they made the gruesome discovery of her mum's severed head.
Carey, 36, is not fit to plead but a trial of the facts is taking place to establish whether she killed Odessa Carey snr at her home near Ashington, Northumberland last April.
