Police officer 'dealt with' after dragging homeless man along the ground by his sleeping bag

The officer was hauled in front of a superintendent after the footage and incident emerged and told her actions were 'unacceptable'.
GMP said the officer - and other police staff - also 'received refresher training on how to deal with similar situations in the future' as a result.
The officer's reaction has also been strongly criticised by a homelessness charity.
