Police make urgent appeal for 11-year-old boy who has run away from home

An appeal for a missing 11-year-old boy who has run away from home has been issued by Greater Manchester Police. Lance Ricketts of Cherington Close, Northern Moor, Wythenshawe was last seen at 4.30pm today - Wednesday September 14.

He is said to be wearing black tracksuit bottoms with a blue/dark coloured top with white stripes on the sleeves that has a hood and grey trainers that have a luminous green rim on them.

Officers took to social media to say they are becoming increasingly concerned about him and want to make sure he is safe and well.
