Police have issued an urgent warning after children as young as five have been re-enacting videos of a killer teddy named 'Huggy Wuggy'.

The dangerous videos have been accessible to kids through YouTube and TikTok and show a razor-toothed character which is part of a horror game.

The trend has been worrying parents whose children have been seen mimicking clips from the game in the school playground, which includes the scary creature singing about "hugging and killing" and asking viewers to "take their last breath." The frightening videos are leaving young kids traumatised as the trend has been branded the online version of the 'Killer Clown' craze which broke out across the country a few years ago.

Police have been forced to issue urgent warnings whilst schools have given their own advice to concerned parents.
