Police are hunting a thug who was wearing a Rangers flag when they attacked two young women at a Scots train station. The 'heavy built' female yob left one of the victims with 'severe' leg injuries which she has been hospitalised for as a result.

It comes after she was targeted at Coatbridge Sunnyside station last night, Saturday May 15, at around 7.30pm. As the victim's friend tried to help her she was also assaulted by the same woman.The suspect was wearing a Rangers flag around her neck and black trousers and is described as aged between 17 and 20 years old.She was a white female with a heavy build and dark hair and was in the company of another female.British Transport Police are now appealing for information about the incident as a.
