Police uncovered £100,000 in drugs, £30,000 in cash and Rolex watch in a dawn raid. Two men have been arrested in the wake of the findings.

In the early hours of the morning (November 10), Greater Manchester Police officers executed a warrant at an address in Dukinfield suspected to be linked to drugs supply.

Inside, police discovered over £100,000 worth of drugs, around £30,000 cash, and a Rolex watch, said the force. Two men, both aged 26, have been arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs.

They remain in police custody for questioning. Detective Constable Jake Orr from GMP Tameside Challenger, the team sent into the address, said: “We have intelligence which suggests these individuals are senior members of an organised crime gang who are responsible for flooding the streets of Manchester with cocaine, heroin and cannabis.
