Police and CSI have been at the scene of an incident in Rusholme, which witnesses said was a 'stabbing'. Officers cordoned off Walmer Street, from Wilmslow Road to Aspinall Street, at around 6pm this evening (Thursday March 10).
A number of evidence markers were also placed in the road and on the pavement. The crime scene was next to Indian restaurant Shere Khan and manager Mansoor Hussain told the Manchester Evening News that he saw four 'youngsters' by the restaurant just before the reported incident.

"Next thing, the delivery driver came in and said 'someone's been stabbed and they're bleeding'. "There was a car there so I think whatever happened was behind the car.
