Police have clamped down on illegal gatherings as Brits partied this weekend ahead of the 'rule of six' restrictions being introduced on Monday.
From tomorrow social gatherings in England will be limited to groups of six people both indoors and outdoors. Current rules only allow groups of up to 30 to meet but police were called to a number of bigger events this weekend.
Nottinghamshire Police issued a teenager with a £10,000 fine for hosting a large house party in Lenton. Neighbours reported the house party to Nottinghamshire Police at around 10.20pm on Friday.
It's alleged officers found around 50 people in the address who were all ordered to leave. If the 19-year-old man fails to pay or contests the fine he will appear before a court,
