William Doyle was last seen in Manchester city centre at around 7.45pm on Wednesday (July 21). He is described as wearing a cap, tweed jacket, red T-shirt, blue or black trousers and black shiny shoes.
He is driving a light blue Fiat Panda. Greater Manchester Police say they are becoming "increasingly concerned" about Mr Doyle, and "want to make sure he is safe and well".
The force added in a Facebook post: "He may be confused and may not have any cash or water with him." Anyone with information as to Mr Doyle's whereabouts is urged to contact
