PJ Gallagher jokes that he’s ‘become the parent’ since moving in with his mammy

evoke.iePJ Gallagher moved back in with his mother last year so she wouldn’t have to spend lockdown alone. He had been living in Dun Laoghaire while his mother had remained on the north side.
Obviously, he thought that the stay was going to be a bit shorter than it turned out to be. But now, almost a year later, he is still living with his mother and has confessed he’s turned into the parent.
Speaking to Mairead Ronan on Tuesday morning, he chatted about what the last 11 months have been like. ‘It’s alright! I keep telling myself that I have the privilege of being bored,’ he joked about how the pandemic is keeping him.
Mairead told him that she had a ‘list of things’ for him to do in her house if he’s so bored but he did say he’s doing some things
