The Good Morning Britain host, 55, posted a picture on his Instagram page showing the youngster pulling a victorious pose in front of a chess board.
The snap, taken at the star's London home, shows the board in checkmate and Piers admitted his daughter's win was swift and decisive.
He also revealed Elise had been inspired by watching Netflix show The Queen's Gambit, about a young female chess prodigy. Piers wrote: "I knew letting her watch Queen's Gambit was a mistake. "She's just beaten me in 4 moves.
