Pierce Brosnan doted on his wife of 19 years, Keely Shaye Smith, as she celebrated her 57th birthday on Friday. The 67-year-old James Bond star took to his Instagram account to pay tribute to his sweetheart and revealed the special presents she gifted her with on her special day.

He posted a snap of himself and Keely beaming as she held onto a glass of fizz and wrote: "Happy birthday Keely my darling, thank God for you angel heart." Sharing that he presented her with some artwork he created himself, he added: "A few paintings on this day, with ever my love. 'Spring' still in the works! ... 'My Old Chair'." The Hollwood actor also uploaded snaps of his quirky paintings.
