Phillip Schofield revealed that This Morning was forced into making a change in order to get its 'headline act' on the show.

The presenter and co-host Holly Willoughby were back on screens for this last show of the week. On Thursday's edition of the ITV show, the hosting duo were joined by two of the stars of Netflix's Heartstopper.

Kit Connor and Joe Locke star as Nick Nelson and Charlie Spring in the British coming-of-age romance. The new series, based on the Heartstopper graphic novels by Alice Oseman, follows two schoolboys as they work through their feelings for each other.

It marks Joe's screen debut having beat a whopping 10,000 other candidates for the role of Charlie while Kit may be recognised for playing a young Elton John in the biopic Rocketman as well as other UK TV shows.
