Phillip Schofield has issued a grovelling apology to Holly Willoughby after lying to her about his affair on This Morning. The former ITV presenter has broken his silence after revealing he had an affair with a younger male colleague on This Morning and admits he's 'broken and ashamed'.

Phillip, 61, vehemently denied that Holly, 42, had any knowledge of the affair as he admits he's lost his best pal over his lies.
