Charlie Adam sees a "real" Rangers manager in Philippe Clement and reckons he's taken them up a level since replacing Michael Beale.The Gers can go five points clear of Celtic at the top of the Premiership table if they beat Hearts at Ibrox on Saturday.
That would mean there's been a 12 point swing under Clement, who took the reins with Gers seven points adrift of their city rivals.
