Phil Spencer inherits £18million from tragic accident parents who 'died together'

Location, Location, Location star Phil Spencer has inherited £18million from his parents. His mother Anne Spencer, 82, and father Richard, 89, tragically died in a car accident in Kent in August 2023 while on their way to a pub lunch.Probate documents reveal that the late couple's wealth will be divided among Phil, his elder brother Robert, and younger sisters Caryn and Helen.

The wills of Anne and Richard were made public this week, with Richard leaving £15.3million and Anne £2.9million.Richard, better known by his middle name David, had his will drawn up in 2007.

Each of his eight grandchildren have been left £10,000, and a donation of £20,000 has been made to the Royal National Lifeboat Institution.According to The Sun, David's remaining fortune was placed in a trust for his two sons.

Anne signed her will in 2021, leaving £500 gifts to a niece and nephew in Canada, as well as her godson. She also planned for an estate donation to go to her local church and specified that her jewellery should be shared among her daughters, granddaughters, and daughters-in-law, reports the Mirror.
