England Women manager Phil Neville is reportedly on the verge of leaving his post following a disappointing run of results that has seen his team lose eight of their last 12 matches.
Neville led the Lionesses to the World Cup semi-final last year, but since then they have been unable to reproduce their fine performances, and he appears to have doubts over whether he has taken the side as far as he can.
