Phil Jones overlooked Cristiano Ronaldo when naming his dream five-a-side team for Manchester United. Having spent almost two years on the sidelines with a troublesome knee injury, Jones made his first appearance in 707 days for the Old Trafford giants last season when he started against Wolves in January.

He made a further seven appearances under former interim manager Ralf Rangnick in all competitions. Despite that comeback, the 30-year-old faces an uncertain future heading into the summer transfer window.

Jones has 12 months left to run on his contract, but United are keen to strengthen at centre-back with Ajax prospect Jurrien Timber at the top of their shopping list in that regard.
