Orianne Cevey, who was married to the Two Hearts singer, 69, from 1999 until 2008, took to her Instagram account to share a snap of her third husband Thomas Bates, 31, and her son Andrea, nine.
In the snap, Andrea, who Orianne, 46, shares with her second husband Charles Fouad Mejjati, sat on his new stepdad's knee as the two of them grinned for the camera.
She captioned the post: "We are so happy together and Choup loves Tom!" It comes after Phil sued his former wife and her new husband to kick them out of the property.
