Peter Schmeichel believes only one team can stop Manchester United qualifying for next season's Champions League. United did their chances of competing in next year's European showcase the world of good with an impressive victory at fierce rivals Leeds.

Harry Maguire opened the scoring for United in the first half with a header from a corner - the club's first in almost 140 attempts in the league this season - before Bruno Fernandes doubled his side's advantage just before the break.

Leeds stunned their visitors with two quick-fire strikes from Rodrigo and Raphinha within minutes of the restart, only for super subs Fred and Anthony Elanga to seal the three points for Ralf Rangnick's men.

Digesting the result, Schmeichel believes that only one side can stop United from gaining Champions League football next campaign.
