Peter Kay surprised fans with an unexpected announcement during the first ad break of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!'s grand return, mirroring his initial tour comeback announcement two years ago.The Bolton-born comedy legend has been on a record-breaking spree of gigs across the UK since December 2022 – and for fans who have so far been unable to secure tickets, there's another chance to see Peter action.
He's now unveiled a series of new dates that will extend his tour into 2025 and 2026, including performances at Manchester's AO Arena and several more intimate theatre venues.The additional dates for his comedy tour were announced in a surprise TV advert during the opening episode of I'm a Celebrity on Sunday, 17 November night.
The hilarious new advert featured Peter being spotted as he carried a gold toilet to his mum's iconic bungalow and announced new shows for 2025 and 2026.The ad started from the perspective of a couple of unseen fans in a car saying "Is that Peter Kay's mum's bungalow?" as the comedian is carried the gold toilet into a bungalow.
As he walked, the fan asked about the garage complete with a Freddie Mercury mural which Peter said is his mum's favourite.The man then shouted to the comic to ask if he's doing more tour dates, to which Peter replied: "Hey, I've no choice!
