I’m A Celebrity kicks off this week and it seems my dear friend Dame Arlene Phillipsis going into the castle. If that’s true then it’s great news and I will be giving her my full support.

I’m A Celeb is different to other reality shows as it really does show off your personality, and Arlene is such a nice person.

She’s also worked with everyone in the entertainment industry, so she’ll have some incredible stories to tell. My advice to the contestants is pace yourself.
