Peter Andre ‘petrified’ after bar bust-up with Japanese mafia boss

Peter Andre has opened up about living in Japan, recalling a time when a Japanese mafia boss started yelling aggressively at him and tensions started to rise.

Singer Peter, 50, said the experience left him "petrified" as hee described the “dangerous” situation as “a little too close for comfort”.

He told The Sunday Times: "On this particular night, this man just started yelling at me really aggressively and it turned out he was a member of the Japanese mafia, the Yakuza. "I had no idea what he was saying but apparently it was a demonstration of his authority. “I was petrified but fortunately the situation didn't escalate." Peter was signed to a record label at just 16 years old, since then he has toured the world, singing all over Europe and America.

Andre also spent time in Malaysia and Indonesia. He also has many fond and funny memories of traveling around the world during the height of his musical career.
