Peter Andre has warned the Strictly Come Dancing contestants that their time on the show will be hard. The pop star and TV personality took part in the BBC One dance contest in 2015.

Peter was eliminated just weeks before the final but as the likes of 'Love Island' star Tasha Ghouri, former Coronation Street actor Shayne Ward and singer Toyah Willcox prepare to hit the dance floor, has admitted that it is not an "easy" thing to do.

Writing in his OK! Magazine column, he said: "Strictly Come Dancing is back this week and, having done the show, the one thing I'll say to the contestants is, 'It's not easy you have to work your butt off!' The judges are all professional dancers, so they're watching every move you make on stage.

You're learning a real skill."
