Peter Andre (born 27 February 1973) is an English-born Cypriot-Australian singer, songwriter, businessman, and television personality. He gained popularity as a singer, best known for his singles "Mysterious Girl" and "Flava".
He is also known for appearing on the third series of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!, and the thirteenth series of Strictly Come Dancing, in which he was partnered with Janette Manrara.
Peter Andre has cleared things up after fans at a recent Q&A with the singer were ‘told not to touch him’ at the event in Southampton over coronavirus fears.
The pop star was at An Evening With Peter Andre at Central Hall on Saturday where he was interviewed in front of an audience about his career and music.
According to The Sun, those who attended were reportedly shown a sign that read: ‘Due to the recent cases of the coronavirus please DO NOT have any physical contact with Peter Andre.
Please DO NOT take any selfies with Peter Andre. Apologies for any inconvenience. Thank you.’ Fan Gemma Smith vented: ‘Who does he think he is?
