Peter Andre has candidly opened up about what it feels like to have a panic attack, as he offers advice to those who need it.The Mysterious Girl singer, 51, has been open with his struggles with his mental health and panic attacks in the past, as he teamed up mental health search engine JAAQ on Instagram.
In the video, Peter can be seen speaking to the camera, as he explains: “You literally feel like you’re going to die. “A panic attack, the way I used to describe it was thinking I’m going to die,” he continued. “Your heart’s beating fast and your palms get sweaty and you get this brain fog.
You don’t know what’s going to happen and you think you can’t get out of this. ‘No one will understand, please call me an ambulance.’” “You think everyone around you is going to think you’re crazy,” the father of five continued before reassuring others it was a ‘completely normal way to feel’.
Peter then went on to reassure those who also suffer from panic attacks by saying: “What I will tell you is that you’re not crazy and nothing is actually going to happen to you. “That’s the hardest thing to believe at this point,” the star concluded.
