Peter Andre (born 27 February 1973) is an English-born Cypriot-Australian singer, songwriter, businessman, and television personality. He gained popularity as a singer, best known for his singles "Mysterious Girl" and "Flava".
He is also known for appearing on the third series of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!, and the thirteenth series of Strictly Come Dancing, in which he was partnered with Janette Manrara.
Peter Andre has admitted that although he once classed himself as a 'strict' parent, he's now a much more 'relaxed' dad as he's about to welcome his fifth child.The pop star, who is about to become a father again at 50, shared his thoughts during a chat with his wife Emily on his GB News show, Saturday Morning Live.
Peter, who is dad to Junior, 18, Princess, 16, Millie, 10, and Theo, seven, said: "In terms of the relationship with my kids, I always say how being a parent is first and foremost the job.That's a given.
But also being a friend is important as it means they can open up to you and they can talk to you. He continued: "Now Junior, my eldest, is a bit disappointed in my parenting because I was so strict with him [than] with the other two.
But I'm not as strict now. As each child came along, I became less and less strict." Emily also shared some insights into their parenting style and revealed, "I think we just try to be open with them.
