Peter Andre has admitted going sober 10 years ago has made a “massive difference” to his looks. Opening up about how he stays in shape and looking younger than his 49 years, Pete confessed that going teetotal has played a big part.
Writing in his column, Pete said: “I strongly believe in being active most days. "I love doing things like sprints, weight training or a light jog, but that’s not to say I don’t have weeks off where I don’t exercise at all and I eat what I want – it’s all about balance. “I also stopped drinking around 10 years ago and I think that’s made a massive difference and I definitely do feel better for it. “I’m 50 next year and I can honestly say I feel fantastic.
And I must say thank you to everyone who commented and made me feel young as I really appreciate it.” The singer’s comments came after fans praised the dad-of-four for a shirtless snap he shared on his Instagram to his 1.8 million followers.
He wrote: “I posted a picture of myself on Instagram last week, where I was by the pool in Cyprus. “People have been lovely with their comments and some were asking me how I stay in shape. “Those of you who know me know that I live by the “It’s fine” motto.
