Pete Davidson has canceled solo comedy shows set for tonight and tomorrow at New York’s Beacon Theater, and has also axed future dates in Pittsburgh scheduled for the New Year.

An email sent hours before showtime to ticketholders gave the notice. “Please be advised that the Pete Davidson performances scheduled to take place at the Beacon Theatre on Fri, Dec 22 and Sat, Dec 23 have been canceled,” the email said.

Anyone who bought tickets will be refunded automatically. Davidson has publicly struggled with his mental health and substance abuse.

In the past, he has checked in rehabs for a “tune-up,” including earlier this year. But he rebounded to host the season opening of Saturday Night Live in October.
