An award-winning young entrepreneur from Perth is moving his business to a larger city centre premises.Macrotrition first opened its doors in September 2021 and started offering a wide range of healthy drinks and nutritious meals from its High Street store.Initially an idea born out of the coronavirus pandemic, former Perth Grammar School student Jack Parr’s vision has gone from strength to strength and he is now switching to a bigger unit at 37A South Methven Street.This will provide a larger seating area so that more customers can enjoy the “delicious, fresh and healthy food and beverage” in restaurant style.Jack, who was recently named Outstanding Young Business Person at the Business Star Awards at Crieff Hydro, is making the final touches ahead of tomorrow’s big opening.“I cannot wait to move into the new premises,” Jack explained. “This will take Macrotrition to another level.“I felt like we were quite restricted in our current premises but now we can really push the boat and give people what they kept asking for.“We will be offering a more extensive menu, seating area for people to sit down and enjoy delicious meals with cutlery and crockery restaurant style as well as still running our takeaway and meal prep service.”Jack, who plans to do healthy lifestyle talks in local schools, went on to add: “The coffee machine will be a game-changer, especially using the award-winning roasting project coffee beans.“I want to provide only the best quality products for everyone because, at Macrotrition, I expect nothing less than the highest quality service all round.”Jack, who is a personal trainer, has been keen to encourage healthy eating and active lifestyles in Perth and beyond.He quickly earned the support of a number of
