Ezra Miller has been arrested, once again. ET can confirm that  actor was arrested for second-degree assault on Tuesday, after an incident at a residence in Pāhoa, on the Big Island of Hawaii. According to the Hawaii Police Department's Puna Patrol division, at 1:10 a.m.

Patrol officers responded to a report of an assault that occurred at a get together at a private residence in the Leilani Estates subdivision in lower Puna. During the course of their investigation, police determined that Miller became irate after being asked to leave and reportedly threw a chair, striking a 26-year-old female on the forehead, resulting in an approximate half-inch cut.Police arrested Miller at 1:30 a.m.

The restraining order claimed Miller burst into the couple’s bedroom and threatened them, and Miller allegedly stole some of the couple’s belongings, including a passport and wallet.The actor was arrested in Hilo, Hawaii, on March 28, the day before the restraining order was filed. According to a post by the Hawaii County Police Department, South Hilo officers had responded to a report of a disorderly bar patron.

Ezra Miller’s projects with Warner Bros. and DC are reportedly in jeopardy following the actor's arrest in Hawaii.  Rolling Stone reported Wednesday that the production companies had an emergency meeting after the actor’s legal trouble in Hawaii.  After the meeting, the committee reportedly agreed to pause all projects involving Miller and all public appearances they had scheduled to support the DC Cinematic Universe.

Zack Sharf Ezra Miller has been hit with a temporary restraining order by two residents in Hilo, a small town in Hawaii where Miller was arrested earlier this week. The “Fantastic Beasts” and “The Flash” actor was released from jail after paying $500 in bail and then reportedly threatened a couple on the property they’ve been staying at in Hawaii, the Associated Press reports.According to Hawaii Police Assistant Chief Kenneth Quiocho, police escorted Miller off the property hours after they posted bail. A resident on the property called the police and asked for advice on removing two houseguests.

Ezra Miller stars in the upcoming sequel to Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them, and on Monday morning (Mar. 28), Ezra, 29, found himself in trouble with the police, according to a post by the Hawai’i County Police Department (h/t Variety). Ezra was reportedly attested in Hilo, Hawaii, and charged with disorderly conduct and harassment following an alleged incident inside a bar. J. Kim Murphy Ezra Miller, who stars in the upcoming DC film “The Flash” and April’s “Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore,” was arrested by law enforcement in Hilo, Hawaii on Monday morning.

Ezra Miller was arrested in Hawaii over the weekend.
