The legal team for Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, the armorer on the "Rust" set, is not happy with the New Mexico Sheriff's Department and their alleged handling of the investigation.  Gutierrez-Reed's lawyer, Jason Bowles, shared a statement with Fox News Digital on Thursday, stating: "The primary question in this case from the beginning has been where did the live rounds that ended upon the Rust set come from?" It is inconceivable that the Sheriff would not seek answers to this fundamental question and it raises a serious problem with the entire investigation.

James Brolin has shared a few details behind the 24-year marriage he has had to his wife, Barbra Streisand. According to the actor, one of the keys to their marriage success is being good negotiations.  "I think everybody needs to be a negotiator," Brolin told People. A new discovery has been made in the fatal "Rust" shooting involving Alec Baldwin.  According to ABC News, which obtained a copy of the FBI's forensic report, the gun used on the New Mexico movie set could not have been fired without the trigger being pulled. The FBI conducted an accidental discharge test and determined the gun used in the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins "could not be made to fire without a pull of the trigger," the report stated, according to the outlet.

Luann de Lesseps says she's in recovery, just days after making headlines for an alcohol-fueled incident at a New York City bar. De Lesseps, also known to "The Real Housewives of New York City" viewers as "The Countess," admitted she made a "regrettable incident" and has since been "faced with the truth." "I want to apologize to the staff at Townhouse and anyone else I may have offended by my behavior. Clearly my struggles with alcohol are real!" the star, 56, wrote on Instagram.

A lawyer for Halyna Hutchins' family called Alec Baldwin's arbitration demand an attempt to "avoid liability and accountability" for the cinematographer's death. Brian Panish of Panish, Shea, Boyle & Ravipudi Law, who represents Hutchins' husband Matthew, told Fox News Digital the only action that ended the production of "Rust" was Halyna Hutchins' death at the hands of Baldwin.

Alec Baldwin and his fellow "Rust" producers have filed to dismiss one of the lawsuits taking aim at them. In a motion obtained by Fox News Digital, Baldwin and other producers have requested that the court toss the complaint "without leave to amend." The suit was originally filed in November by script supervisor Mamie Mitchell – who is being represented by famed attorney Gloria Allred following the events that led to the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and injury of director Joel Souza.
