Chelsea have told fans that they are unable give away tickets to a memorial service for Peter Bonetti due to the restrictions imposed on the club by the Government.The Blues are currently operating under a number of restrictions after owner Roman Abramovich was slapped with a number of sanctions by the UK Government. As a result, the reigning European champions are unable to sell any tickets or merchandise for the foreseeable future.And that is set to prevent the Stamford Bridge faithful from attending a service arranged for Bonetti, who sadly passed away in April 2020 at the age of 78.
