Kerry Katona looked fitter and happier than ever as she and her lookalike daughter, Lilly-Sue McFadden, were spotted grabbing lunch in Cheshire on Wednesday. The mum and daughter were snapped leaving Village Café on London Road in the picturesque village of Alderley Edge.
