Media analyst Michael Pachter told the Sun he believes a half-price fee is on the way: "Most services that offer ad support charge half, so $7.99 is likely,"But Netflix may advertise a tad less and charge a tad more, so I would guess between $7.99 to $9.99 with four 2 minute ad breaks - one pre-roll, and three more at the 12, 24, 36 minute marks."In the UK, the price of a standard Netflix subscription is £10.99 per month.

The "going concern" phrase is a warning that a company could eventually have to file for bankruptcy and go out of business.
