Tributes pour in for couple found dead at home on Boxing Day as 19-year-old charged
Tributes have poured in for an elderly couple found dead in their home on Boxing Day. The bodies of Denis and Mary Fell, both 73, were discovered by police officers at Raeburn Rigg in Deans. Police have confirmed a 19-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the deaths. He is due to appear at Livingston Sheriff Court tomorrow (Wednesday).
