Beykpour, in announcing his departure, didn’t cite Musk’s imminent takeover as the reason for his exit. Rather, he said in a thread on Twitter, CEO Parag Agrawal had asked him to resign.“The truth is that this isn’t how and when I imagined leaving Twitter, and this wasn’t my decision,” he wrote.
