Tekken 7 modder has released ‘The Ultimate Elden Ring Modpack‘, which replaces the game’s fighters with characters from Elden Ring.As visible on Tekken Mods (via PCGamesN), The Ultimate Elden Ring Modpack is a cosmetic mod made by Ultraboy that reskins Tekken‘s playable fighters to look like Elden Ring characters. Right now, the mod adds eight presets for eight characters.In the mod, Tekken‘s Marduk is replaced by Elden Ring‘s infamously brutal boss Radahn, while Kazumi is swapped out for Ranni the Witch.

Tekken X Street Fighter developer Katsuhiro Harada confirmed on Twitter earlier today (June 22) that the game isn’t cancelled.Harada tweeted the news following numerous recent reports that the fighting game had been cancelled. Said reports were based on an interview in which Harada was mistranslated as saying the game was dead.Harada explained the mistranslation in a TwitLonger post, blaming the error on the word Okura-iri which was translated as meaning the project had died.

Tekken director, Katsuhiro Harada, has shared hopes that the team behind Virtua Fighter will make another entry into the franchise.Speaking through his Youtube account on Wednesday (June 2), Harada shared his personal story regarding the wait for the next Virtua Fighter.Harada considers Virtua Fighter the true competitor to Tekken however, there hasn’t been a new entry since 2007.Addressing this drought in competition, Harada had a challenge for the team behind the franchise.“Let’s have a showdown. I don’t want to end my career as a developer without it,” he said, “There’s not much time left for me as a developer.
