PAISLEY DAILY EXPRESS: Live news as it happens Karen Campbell, Active Communities’ health and wellbeing worker for Ferguslie, said: “My colleague Cheryl spotted something similar in Greenock where she lives and thought we could do it here.“We wanted to help get people out and into their communities.“We work out a 5k route around an area then we go out and follow the route and put up inspirational quotes and nice messages right along the route to encourage people.“The first one we did was in Ferguslie about three weeks ago and we’ve had about 30 people complete that one so far.
