Stephen Amell has been confirmed to revive the role of Oliver Queen in the ninth and final season of The Flash.It was announced by the CW on Wednesday that the 41-year-old actor will guest star in episode 909 of the long-running series.Eric Wallace, an executive producer on the show said, 'As soon as our final season was announced, we knew we wanted Stephen to come back and reprise his iconic role as Oliver Queen.' Comeback: Stephen Amell has been confirmed to revive the role of Oliver Queen in the ninth and final season of The Flash Amell recently discussed the idea of a movie while appearing on Geek House Show.Asked if he would like to be part of the DCEU and whether he'd like to play the Green Arrow or another character, he replied, 'If I'm going to be a part of the DCEU, I'd probably just want to play the Green Arrow in there.' He elaborated, 'I mean, are they still separate? Didn't we have two Flashes in the Arrowverse at one point? So, I don't know. We'll see.

Oliver Queen will team up with Barry Allen one last time in the ninth and final season of The Flash. The CW announced today that Stephen Amell who starred as the character in both Arrow and Arrow spinoff The Flash will return to guest star in episode 909, joining previously announced David Ramsey (John Diggle aka Spartan), Keiynan Lonsdale (Wally West/Kid Flash) and Sendhil Ramamurthy (Ramsey Rosso/Bloodwork).

While Martin will no longer be a series regular on the Berlanti Prods./Warner Bros.
