The Radford family have received a huge amount of support from fans after sharing the story of a close family friend who is suffering from cancer. In a new episode of Channel 5 show 22 Kids and Counting, Sue, 48, and Noel, 52, rallied together with their 22 children to raise funds for 16 year old Sophie Walker's cancer treatment. Sophie is the daughter of Jamie and Rebecca Walker, who are close friends of the Radfords.
