Woman forced to stash boyfriend's crack and heroin in vagina walks free from court

crack cocaine and 17 wraps of heroin in her vagina has walked free from court after a judge heard she was forced into it by her abusive boyfriend.Brooke Morgan, 30, said she was a victim of domestic violence at the hands of Ryan Leonard, 28, and had agreed to carry the drugs “under duress”.Cops made the odd discovery inside Morgan after they stopped her partner for acting suspiciously before noticing she was “very nervous” and stunk of cannabis, reports the Liverpool Echo.READ MORE: MI5 'will only consider women and ethnic minority applicants' when recruiting new spiesShe had a "cheap Nokia mobile phone sticking out of her handbag" and once taken into custody a plastic bag found inside her contained 71 wraps of crack cocaine and 17 of heroin.Her Liverpool flat was raided later that day and another 17 wraps of heroin, 162 deals of high-purity crack cocaine and eight one-ounce packets of heroin with a street value of up to £10,000 were found.Brooke, who has one previous conviction in 2005, was described as someone who spent her time volunteering with charities and caring for family.Defence counsel Julian Nutter told Liverpool Crown Court: “The drugs were effectively put in her hands by somebody who must have been particularly intimidating.“There are elements of this which amount to being abusive. In my submission, she has been through quite enough.“She has had this hanging over her head, and it has driven her to a state of hysteria - I ask for one last chance." Brooke was given a 24-month sentence suspended for two years after she pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of cocaine and heroin, possession of cannabis and money laundering.

"This was owed to people with whom it is not wise to have a debt.
