Rachel Stevens has told how she has experienced a rollercoaster of emotions after her debut on Dancing on Ice was delayed until the weekend after injuring her wrist.The S Club 7 star sustained the injury during a training session for the show before Christmas which caused her to miss out on skating last week.She previously revealed on This Morning on Friday she had to "learn to skate" all over again in preparation for her debut on the ITV competition.And it was a tough return for Rachel as she and her partner Brendyn Hatfield were in the bottom two and had to beat Ria Hebden and Lukasz Rozyck in the skate-off.In a clip recorded before she skated for the judges, Rachel is seen in her dressing room donning a brown cardigan over a white T-shirt, before she is seen on the ice showing off a glamorous transformation.Rachel told how she had been overcome with emotion recently in the caption to her clip.She said: "What a week, what a whirlwind… I've felt such a rollercoaster of emotions but most of all what I'm feeling today is grateful."Grateful we made it through to next week, for all the love and support, to be able to share this with my gorgeous family, for my incredible, talented partner @brendynhatfield, and to the whole @dancingonice team for all the magic. Dancing On Ice star Ria Hebden has given her fans a behind the scenes look at her performance for this weekend's show.The popular TV presenter will be getting into character as Elsa when she performs to Into The Unknown from Frozen 2 on this weekends Movie Week themed show.Ria, 39, gave her Instagram followers a sneak peek of the routine as she posted a clip of her and dance partner Lukasz Rozycki rehearsing for the big day on Sunday.In the video, Ria is seen dressed in a black hoody and black leggings with her hair tied back as Lukasz gently lifts her onto his shoulders as she makes a star shape with her body.Ria then maintained her pose laying across him as he span around, gradually sliding her down his body and back into a standing position.She wrote: "The hard work continues with my skating pro partner @icelukasz in perfecting the lifts before we take them on to the ice!
