Gerwyn Price left 'very, very frustrated' by early darts tournament exit
Gerwyn Price was left with mixed feelings after bowing out of the European Darts Open at the third round stage. Price advanced to finals day in Leverkusen with a 6-4 win over Luke Woodhouse on Saturday, but no further after being dumped out by Nathan Aspinall 6-5. The Asp's win booked a quarter-final clash with recent first-time European Tour winner Luke Humphries, who knocked out Brendan Dolan in his third round tie.But it’s an early flight home for Price, who returned to European Tour action after deciding to skip last weekend’s tournament in Austria, citing his busy schedule as he looks to recover, mentally and physically, from a broken bone in his hand.
