Variety has learned exclusively that the platinum-selling artist is currently developing a dark comedy TV series at Amazon Prime Video. Halsey, whose given name is Ashley Frangipane, is set to serve as the creator, writer, and executive producer of “Bloodlust” for Amazon but is not going to star in the show.
