Christina Hall said she will no longer post images of her three-year-old son Hudson on social media amid a custody dispute with ex-husband Ant Anstead.The Christina on the Coast star, 39, took to Instagram Sunday saying she was 'mentally exhausted over the recent false accusations against' her from her ex-husband, 43.'Hudson’s father has made attempts to turn my family, friends and fans against me through manipulation tactics and false information,' she said. 'This has had great impact on me and my household.
