The singer says sometimes Little Mix just want to stay in bed and hide away from the world when they're going through personal problems, but because they're in a hugely successful girl band they have to get on with things.
Her comments come after Jesy Nelson quit Little Mix late last year, saying her time in the band had taken its toll on her mental health.
The remaining members, Perrie, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall, are continuing on as a trio. Perrie told Glamour magazine: "One thing we've had to do in our careers, which is hard, is to put on a brave face. "We're all going through the worst situations of our lives.
