Pep Guardiola's former assistant says the coach would consider leaving Man City if he felt he no longer had the players on his side.

Domenec Torrent worked under Guardiola as his no.2 for more than a decade up to 2018, in spells at Barcelona, Bayern Munich and City.

With each previous tenure Guardiola has always left the club through his own decision, with speculation now beginning to mount over when he will depart his post at The Etihad.
