Liam Gallagher
William John Paul Gallagher (born 21 September 1972) is an English singer and songwriter. He rose to fame as the lead singer of the rock band Oasis in the 1990s and 2000s, and later fronted the rock band Beady Eye in the early 2010s, before beginning a solo career after the dissolution of both bands. One of the most recognisable figures in British music, he is noted for his outspoken and abrasive manner; penchant for wearing parkas; distinctive singing style, in which he elongates vowels; and signature stance on stage, which consists of him holding his arms behind his back and singing up into a downward-facing microphone.

Oasis reunion tour.Noel and Liam Gallagher came together earlier this week to confirm a massive run of comeback shows, dubbed Oasis Live ’25.

The upcoming tour is due to be held next summer, marking the first time the brothers have been on stage together in 16 years.Concerts are lined up for Manchester’s Heaton Park, London’s Wembley Stadium, Cardiff’s Principality Stadium, Dublin’s Croke Park, and Edinburgh’s Murrayfield Stadium, and yesterday (August 29), additional dates were announced for Manchester, London and Edinburgh in response to “unprecedented demand”.With tickets due to go on sale tomorrow morning (August 31), many across the world are preparing to join the virtual queue.

That doesn’t include, apparently, Manchester City’s manager. In a press conference earlier today, Guardiola was asked if his priority for tomorrow morning is preparing for City’s upcoming game with West Ham or securing Oasis tickets.“Absolutely West Ham,” the manager responded.

Then, when asked if he’d be in the queue for tickets at all, Guardiola said: “If we can go, we’ll go. Absolutely.”He went on to say that the reunion is “good news” for music. “They’re back so it’s fantastic for the thousand million fans they have around the world, especially here in England,” he said. Both Gallagher brothers are supporters of the club, with Noel being particularly vocal about it in recent years.
