People over 50 are having the 'best sex of their lives'
ok.co.ukSenior people are having the best sex of their lives, new data shows. Sexual wellness brand LELO reveals that 70 per cent of people over 50 years have noticed big changes in their sex lives compared to their younger years.
Nearly a third (32 per cent) of over 50 years old said they were having the best sex of their lives. And nearly one in five said they are having sex at least once a week, with one in ten having sex twice a week.

While the concept of older having sex is still a taboo topic, research has proven that the over 50s are enjoying sex more. On the topic of sex toys, people over 50 are most likely to use vibrators and dildos.The nationwide survey saw 1,000 people aged 50 and older asked about their sex life.
